Bikini - the advertising and design agency - began as the Creative Two-piece in March 2005, when two art-directors decided that together we could make a bigger splash by taking greater ownership of the creative process from its point of origin - the client.Our philosophy is to produce head-turning creative based on sound strategic planning and clear communication. Bikini has practical experience working with a broad spectrum of marketing and advertising activities due to both our previous work experience and current broad client base (each with different market needs, budgets and hence requirements). An added benefit of our size (and business model) is that you will always be dealing direct with the Creative Director (who is the business owner). Partnered with our ethos of thoroughly understanding our client’s business and brand, we have been able to satisfy not only our clients, but also ourselves. We work to identify that primary message that will achieve the best result (for that target market and objective, passion, experience, Bikini adds to this skill, and according to the given budget) and only then do we craft that message into a high-quality design.Adaptability and flexibility are intrinsic in a small-sized agency, reliability and above all creativity. This streamlining creates a mutually beneficial result - briefs are met quicker and with accurate creative solutions! This accuracy in answering briefs is also attributed to our belief that every piece of design has a communication objective. By participating at a briefing level, we become part of the process - in effect a part of our client’s marketing team. This is achieved by giving our clients direct access to the lead creative person involved in their project - ensuring there is no break-down in communication. Looking back there was a lot of faith that went into that decision as those two designers set up shop without a single client. Fortunately their reputation for good work, and honest ethics lead some of the marketing managers from brands they had worked on to find them and offer them the opportunity to take on that work. It was the start of several relationships that have lasted over 10 years. Founding member and creative director, Marco Fuini has over 20 years in the industry with extensive experience with small start-up businesses through to national and international accounts.
